Now the the raised bead is left, square, after the router so needs rounding off, take off the corners with a sharp chisel, then take the next lot of corners off, making it almost round, then sand it round and smooth.

The outer edge, from the bead outwards, was taken down and shaped with a flexible disc, as with the back.
