After all the break through's are made and the plastering has been finished, a bit of plumbing to be done, bottom right hand corner of the photo there is the old radiator feed, this has to be moved over to the left, nearer to the other one, so to feed the new smaller radiator to go under the dressing table.

Also, above that wall there is a box gutter, so we need to get a hot and cold feed to the bathroom the other side of the wall, from the loft this side of the wall, hence the canopy above the dressing table, not only houses the down lighters, but also hides the pipes.

Plus it gave me a use for a nice intricately carved piece of molding I had kicking around.
